Many have interpreted this strange portrait as pure fantasy, but in fact it is supposed to show taxi driver Ari Þorsteinsson, who probably drove the artist around. Yet again, the artwork is borderline caricature, even grotesque, in how he constructs the face from coarse dots in vibrant red and blue colours. There is no more information about said Ari.
